We have solutions for small businesses.

Most of our clients are entrepreneurs either in the start up phase of their business or small businesses who simply need some fresh ideas. These clients have retail store fronts, internet businesses and service oriented businesses. They are both consumer oriented as well as business to business operations.

Typically, our clients are experts in their chosen field, whether it is a hair salon, audio-visual rentals, attorney, coach, or summer camp. The expertise they do not possess, though, is how to increase their cashflow, get more sales, and keep it in their business.

Do some of these stories sound familiar?

“My partner and I have just opened a hair salon for kids.  We attracted lots of kids at our grand opening, but we need that same level of business and more to make a go of it.”

“I’ve been in business for a number of years with most of my business from word of mouth referrals.  I want to take my business to a higher level of revenue.  Any ideas?”

“My consulting business has been having increasing difficulty meeting our monthly obligations.  Yet, we still show a profit.  My accountant says I need to collect my past due receivables, but I get a dry throat just thinking of tackling such a task.”

“My small business needs more exposure to grow, but I don’t have the budget for big time advertising campaigns.  There must be things I can do even with my small budget.”

“Occasionally, I get into a cash crunch unexpectedly.  I find myself scrambling to come up with the needed cash and it always seems to cost me an arm and a leg.  I’m sure there must be a better way.”

“I only have a few employees, so I do the payroll myself.  It seems I spend my brain power figuring out taxes and such, with no creative brain cells or energy left to tackle growing my business.  I’ve got to find a better way.”

“Clients are likely to be successful working with us if…”
…their mission statement revolves around the importance of values, integrity, and customer service.

“Our clients are often…”
“…very independent and wear many hats in their business.  They are reluctant to ask for help from others, but are savvy business owners who realize they need to do something different to grow their business.
