This package is designed to help you get your business out of the starting blocks. Often times, there are so many options, you don’t know where the starting line is or which route to take. Ready, Set, Start gives you a map to follow and the navigator that will help you reach your goals.

Get your business out of the starting blocks! Business owners work one on one with us to develop a road map that will get you to the next major intersection. We work with you to:

  • Develop a written long term goal that is specific and measurable. You have a picture in your mind of where it is you want to take your business. We’ll help you develop and clarify that picture and put it in the context of a measurable outcome.

  • Develop short term goals to help you achieve your long term goals. Now that you have a picture of where you want to go, you’re still not sure if you should take a major freeway to get there or which exit will take you to your destination. We’ll help point you in the right direction to your first major intersection with short term goals.

  • Develop Success Steps along a timeline to assure attainment of your goals. Specific steps will get you out of the starting blocks and guide you through the turns toward your goals.

  • Take action to get your business on the road to success. You’ll be held accountable at each step of the way to help you reach the next major intersection.

Structure:

  • The typical client process begins with a complimentary 45 minute discovery session to gain an understanding of you and your goals. While we love to work face to face with clients, sometimes meetings are conducted via teleconference, depending on location or timing.

  • The scope of the work is outlined so that we’re working with clear objectives and you avoid the feeling of falling into a black hole where it seems you’ve written a blank check. Our objective is to get you out of the starting blocks, then step to the sidelines and cheer you on as you race towards your goal.

  • Once engaged, We work with you to identify your needs and develop strategies to meet your goals in two to six additional 45 minute strategy sessions. Together we identify the steps and the time line needed to reach your goals.

  • We don’t just leave you with a plan to put in a drawer with all the others. We work with you via email or telephone follow-ups to keep you on track to help you realize your dreams. This may encompass 6 weeks or 6 months depending on your specific needs.
